In ancient classic, Feng Shui is falls under “physiognomy” in Five Arts (五术) Chinese Metaphysics. It represents forms assessment involved in “Qi-flow” observation. Generally there is two systems when approach in Feng Shui which is Forms (峦头) and Formulas (理气).Form is examine for external landscape such as mountains, hills, rivers, lakes, roads, buildings & etc. While Formula is more focus on theory and calculation oriented of Qi movement in the property, usually the application is done through methods such as Eight Mansions, Flying Stars or Xuan Kong Da Gua.
Natural environment govern approximately about 70 percent energy influence (Qi-flow) in Feng Shui thus the quality of performance and success in life. The others factor that also count into consideration in Classical Feng Shui study and application such as “Time” and “Resident”. Time factor is crucial in all Classical Feng Shui especially San Yuan system, since Qi-flow is dynamic so that no Feng Shui is good nor bad forever. Different individual carry various type of energy into the property living which will generate a different outcomes for different individuals, this can be measured via their Feng Shui Life Gua.

The Art of Date Selections (择日) is knowing do the right thing at the right time. So the factor of proper timing has been an essential part of Chinese Metaphysics since the era of the hundred thousand years ago.
Timing is important at every time when you need certain decision such as when should I carry out renovation? When is good day house move in? wedding? Business launching? Medical surgery? Contract signing? Negotiation? etc.
The main purpose of date selection practice is to pick a day for a certain endeavors when the energies of the day are the most conducive for that activity. The idea of select a good date is to plan for a certain action to take place at the given point in time when the universe energy is strong and positive for that particular activity based on the energy cycle pattern co-related to certain events.

Master Jackie helped to read and analyse my Bazi in August 2018. He told me that I am going to move new house around March 2019. I said, ”It couldn’t be because I bought a new condominium unit and the developer is going to vacant possession the unit by October 2018. The unit is fully furnished and don’t need any renovation. I am going to move in the house before Chinese New Year 2019.” In October 2018, I received notice from developer and mentioned that they are going to delay the vacant possession to March 2019.

I asked Master Jackie to view my house fengshui. My health was getting worse and worse after moving this house. I met doctor every month. I did surgery this year somemore.
